Do I need a registered business or GSTIN?
No. Individuals are welcome. If you don't have a GSTIN, we deduct TDS as required (1% under section 194-O for digital intermediaries) and send you a quarterly Form 16A.
Can I run paid ads on the GrowYu brand name?
No. Branded search ads (Google / Meta) on "GrowYu", "growyu.com", or close variants aren't allowed — we run those ourselves and you'd just be paying us. Everything else is fair game.
What happens when a referral upgrades or downgrades?
Your commission tracks the actual amount they pay. Upgrade → you earn more. Downgrade → you earn less, but always 30% of whatever they're paying that month, for 12 months.
What if someone churns and signs up again later?
If they re-subscribe within 12 months of the original click, your commission resumes for the remainder of the window. After that, the cookie is closed.
Can my company sign up and bill GrowYu through us?
Yes — agencies and resellers welcome. We have a separate Partners program if you want margins, co-branded onboarding, and quarterly business reviews.
How do I know my referrals are being tracked?
Your dashboard shows every click, signup, trial activation, and paid conversion with timestamps. If anything looks wrong, we'll show you the server-side log within 48 hours.
