Four values. We hire and fire by them.

Ship in days, not quarters.

Roadmaps lie. Releases tell the truth. We ship every Thursday — small, reversible, in front of real users.

SMB-first means SMB-real.

Every PM and engineer rides along with a customer's sales team at least once a quarter. Empathy is a calendar invite.

Default to writing.

RFCs over meetings. A six-paragraph doc beats a sixty-minute call. We're async because half the team is on a customer's site.

Rep-first AI. Never surveillance.

The product helps the salesperson on the phone — not the manager watching the dashboard. We turn down features that flip this.

GrowYu is 34 people serving 4,200 SMB teams across India. We're profitable. We bootstrapped to ₹14 Cr ARR before raising a small Series A in late 2024 — not because we needed the money, but because we wanted to hire faster.

We're not trying to be Salesforce. We're trying to be the thing a real-estate broker in Pune or a coaching counsellor in Indore actually opens at 9 a.m. and still has open at 6. That requires a small team that knows exactly what it's building, and why.

Take-home or pairing.

Choose: a 4-hour take-home (we pay ₹8K), or a 90-min live pairing on real GrowYu code.

Team round + offer.

Three 45-min chats with the team you'd join. Offer same week if everyone's a yes.
