Auto-detect call language. The mobile app now identifies the primary language of each call and routes to the right summarisation model. No setting; works on day 1.

Mixed-language summaries. Hinglish / Tinglish / Banglish calls get a single summary that preserves the original mix — not a forced translation.

Summary latency cut 40%. Median time from "call ends" to "summary in inbox" is now 14 s (was 23 s).

New endpoint: POST /v1/calls/{id}/summary/regenerate — useful if a call started in Hindi and ended in English.

Scheduled broadcasts. Pick a date + time (or a recurring slot) when creating a broadcast. Auto-pauses during Meta's enforced quiet hours.

Batch reschedule. Move a coaching demo or a clinic slot — every reminder for affected leads updates in one click.

Broadcast preview now correctly renders {{variable}} values on iOS Safari (was showing the literal template).

Workspace setting → Region lock → India only. Single toggle. Requires admin role.

Audit log now exports as CSV. Up to 12 months retained on Growth, 24 months on Scale.

New header: X-Region: in-only for region-locked workspaces. Requests from outside India return 451.

Priority queue. Mobile and web home screen now starts with a 5-lead "call next" list. Each card shows the reason: "replied on WhatsApp 12 min ago", "missed first call yesterday".

Manager weights. Admins can boost certain sources, products, or geos in the queue. Changes are transparent — reps see the boost reason.

Lead detail page redesign — clearer next-step CTA, fewer fields above the fold.

Auto-assignment now correctly handles "out-of-office" reps when no fallback rule is set (was orphaning leads — sorry).

Razorpay link generator. Generate a payment link from a lead record; payment success auto-moves to "won".

JustDial as a lead source. Same field-map auto-detection we built for IndiaMart.

iOS push notifications no longer wake the device for "lead reassigned to you" — only for "first call due in 5 min".

AI lead prioritization (beta). Rolled out to 8% of customers; full launch next month.

CSV importer. Auto-detects all 5 Indian phone formats. Saves about 90 seconds per import.

Mobile keyboard: switching between Hindi and English no longer scrolls the message body.

WhatsApp media preview now shows the right thumbnail when forwarded from a personal chat (was sometimes showing a blank tile).

Daily WhatsApp digest no longer counts a call twice when both reps were on the line.

Offline mode. Up to 7 days of local storage. Conflict resolution is rep-friendly — your offline edit wins unless someone else explicitly closed the lead.

GPS visit-proof: now works without continuous location permission (uses a single foreground prompt).

Year-end CSV exports no longer truncate the "notes" column at 32K characters.

Cold-start time on Android 9 devices: 4.2 s → 2.7 s.
